If you are using certain Windows XP or newer Windows operating systems, you should install Sun Java plugin since Microsoft stopped shipping MS Java VM in those systems. If you just install a new browser, you might need to install the Java plugin again.

From there click "Get It Now" and follow the instructions.
Follow any instructions.
Once you have successfully installed Java, relaunch the browser.
